8. Clean your clothes iron

Something sticky won’t come off your clothes iron? No problem! Place you iron vertically on your ironing board and turn it on. While it’s heating, lay out some wax paper and deposit a large amount of salt on it. Iron the salt in circular mouvements for one minute.

7. Clean up an egg mess

If you accidentally drop an egg on the ground, clean the mess with some salt. Pour some salt on the egg and leave it there for 10 to 15 minutes: the salt will act as a coagulant. Your cleaning sponge will clean up this mess more easily.
